How does the 30-day trial work?

You can test DefectRadar without obligation for 30 day. In addition, you can invite other subcontractors or project participants to your project. Before the test phase ends, you will receive a reminder mail from us. If you do not decide for a subscription package, you can still download your previous project data. Your account will automatically expire and there will be no costs for you.

How easy can I cancel my subscription package?

The subscription package can be terminated at any time. You only pay for the subscription package you currently use and do not commit to long-term contracts. Your payments will end automatically upon expiry of the term of payment in which the termination was made. You can change or cancel your subscription package at any time.

How can I add project participants and external ones, such as subcontractors, to my project?

You can invite project participants under “Users”. Subcontractors can be added free of charge to your DefectRadar account.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time?

Monthly packages and annual packages can be upgraded at any time. Annual packages can be downgraded two months before the end of the period (end of the month) – provided the number of users and the volume of storage are not exceeded. Monthly packets can be downgraded at any time. The remaining time will be credited to you.

Can I use DefectRadar in offline mode?

Yes, you can easily use DefectRadar in offline mode. Your changes, such as tickets or voice memos, are stored locally. Once you have Internet access again, your changes are synchronized by the cloud and then updated with on each project participants device. As a result, all project participants are always up-to-date.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, payment by bank transfer and PayPal. Your payment transactions are processed with the payment provider FastSpring. You have the choice between monthly and annual payment.

How much storage space is available to me?

The enterprise Subscription package gives you unlimited storage space for your data, such as plans, tickets and photos. Smaller packages include restrictions on plans.
